Organizers of Friday Loo were hoping to celebrate the start of Labor Day weekend with one final, but mother nature had other plans.

Main Street Waterloo hosted ribbon-cutting welcome ceremonies.

Customers and visitors can take advantage of no-pay parking through the end of the year while shopping and dining in the city's downtown business district.

Fall is a fun time of the year...as the weather starts to cool off, it's time for sweatshirts, everything pumpkin, the leaves on trees start changing colors, and so much more. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, Halloween is setting up to look a whole lot different this year.

Pop-up shops will be open every Saturday, now through December 21st from 11am til 5pm.
