A woman who investigators were looking for has turned herself into authorities.

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating two people who may be connected to a deadly May 15th shooting.

Authorities have released the names of the two people killed, and six of the 10 who were injured in a weekend shooting spree in Waterloo.

Police have identified the two victims as a 22-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman, but they have not yet released their names.

Authorities are seeking the public's help in solving the crime.

Police Chief Joel Fitzgerald, Sr., identified the location as an after-hours establishment that was not authorized to operate as that type of facility.
