When it comes to the NCAA and March Madness, broadcasters have to follow a lot of different rules. It certain contexts, "March Madness" can't be said.

In certain cases, the use of certain footage is not allowed until such time that the league's own coverage is complete.

When you're broadcasting the 10 o'clock news, but have no footage permitted for use until 11:30, you have to get creative before the coverage is irrelevant, which is what Andrew Clay did last week.

The footage recently went viral, with Clay explaining that he isn't allowed to use the footage until after his broadcast is over, so he has to get creative.

Clay, who broadcasts with KATC out of Louisiana, rolls through his normal coverage of the event, but rather than highlight footage, it's just still paintings created in MS Paint.

As far as his artwork goes, he did a pretty great job drawing the scenes. Well enough that you can really get the gist of how the game went.

Clay's story was featured on Sunday Today after it began to go viral, cementing his place in internet history.
