Spain is Quarantined: Man in T-Rex Costume is Stopped By Police (VIDEO)

A guy in Spain tried to take out his garbage in a T-Rex costume.

Police officers stopped the man and gave him a warning as he waddled away from a garbage bin where he had just dumped a bag.

Residents in Spain are banned from going outside except to buy food, go to work or get medical help for 15 days.
