An Oelwein woman has been arrested on several outstanding warrants from Fayette and Buchanan Counties.

At about 10pm Sunday (April 14), Fayette County deputies took 28 year old Vanessa Neeley into custody on a warrant for a probation violation; bond was set at $1,500. Neeley also had 2 warrants for her arrest in Buchanan County: one warrant was for failure to appear on the original charges of Possession of Burglary Tools, Trespass, and Criminal Mischief. Bond was set at $5,000. The other warrant was for Burglary in the 3rd Degree and Theft in the 4th Degree. The Fayette County Sheriff was assisted by the Blackhawk County Sheriff and Waterloo Police.

Also wanted on warrants, a Mason City woman turned herself into the Fayette County Sheriff's Office Sunday. The 2 warrants were from Cerro Gordo County. 43 year old Dawn McKinney-Biddick had been wanted on warrants for failure to appear on a charge of Theft-4th Degree, and a pretrial violation. The original charges on the violation were Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Facility, Driving While her License is Barred, and Possession of Methamphetamine. McKinney Biddick was held in the Fayette County Jail on $6,000 cash bond, until she was transferred to the Cerro Gordo County jail in Mason City.

And Fayette deputies arrested a Clermont man, 32 year old Jason Massman, on a Cass County warrant for a probation violation. Massman was taken into custody on Sunday, and was held in the Fayette County jail until extradition to Cass County.
