Photo Gallery: Clarksville Flooding

With River levels expecting to crest after this weekend, and expected to be just a couple of feet lower than the all time record of 2008, Northeast Iowa is preparing and seeing some flooding.

We took a trip to Clarksville as the town was just getting sandbags ready and sand berms across crucial streets. The pictures speak volumes.
