Hall (pictured) is a member of the Chicago Bears, while Dorleant plays for the Green Bay Packers. Both are cornerbacks. From KCRG:

Police removed Hall from the crowd but he kept trying to get away from officers and was yelling and spitting in the face of officers. Police said...his eyes were bloodshot and watery, his speech was slurred, and he had trouble maintaining his balance. Officers put Hall in handcuffs but he refused to get into a squad car. An officer used a Taser on Hall's left leg to get him to comply with orders.

Dorleant then tried to grab Hall away from officers. Dorleant was allegedly yelling profanities at cops before being arrested himself. Hall was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and interference. Dorleant was also charged with interference.

Each man was released from Black Hawk County jail Sunday morning. Both players entered the NFL in 2016. Hall was a fourth-round draft choice by the Bears, and Dorleant signed with the Packers as an undrafted free agent.
