Man Busted Trying to Take His Pet Fish on a Walk During Quarantine

Cabin Fever from the Coronavirus Pandemic is starting to get to some folks around the world.

According to the New York Post, a guy in Spain was busted by authorities after he tried to take his pet fish on a walk.

He seemed to be attempting to advantage of a rule allowing pet owners to leave their homes so that they can, you know, 'do their business.'
