A man from Indiana thought he was getting around the possibility of a drunk driving charge while simultaneously getting out of having to walk to his destination, but it turns out, the cops still will get you no matter your mode of transportation if you're drunk enough.

A trooper in Vincennes, Indiana, was driving around 9pm Wednesday night when he saw a man now identified as the 51-year-old John McKee, "operating a Power Wheels Jeep in the roadway," the State Police said in a news release.

State Police added that McKee's Power Wheels Jeep “had no lights or reflectors and was difficult to see.”

There's no word if this was the pink Barbie edition of the Jeep, which would've honestly made the story for me if it was.

The Trooper lit up the little getaway vehicle, and McKee pulled over right away. After being given field sobriety tests for "displaying signs of impairment," it was determined McKee was not below the legal limit for intoxication.

McKee was taken to a local hospital after the failed tests, where his blood was tested for further intoxication, which came back with the result that he was under the influence of methamphetamine and marijuana.

He was arrested and booked on a felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction.
