"To ISU: Thanks for the memz".

Jordan Bohannon of Iowa left his shoes on the court with that message during the "Cy-Hawk" basketball game last week, and now they have raised thousands of dollars for an important cause.

Similar to how Carson King asked folks to donate to his Venmo account for "Busch Light Supply Needs Replenished," and later raised a ton for the UI Stead Family Children's Hospital, Bohannon's shoes are doing the same.

He announced on Friday that the shoes got back to Iowa City and that he planned to raffle them off for $10 a ticket. All the proceeds will go to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.

@JboISUMemzShoes is the Venmo account used and, as of Sunday night, it has raised $20,000.

Can this be kept going to meet or exceed King's total of over $3 million? That remains to be seen, but there is no word on the timeline of when Bohannon's effort will end.
