Jake Patterson speaks from jail.

The Wisconsin man accused of kidnapping Jayme Closs and murdering her parent's has spoken out from jail. Jake Patterson gave an interview to WCCO Minneapolis reporter, Jennifer Mayerle last Friday.

Patterson told Mayerle that he wants to talk to Closs again but knows he can't. He did say in the interview, "I love her." Patterson was asked if he had any regrets and he responded, "of course" but wouldn't elaborate further.

Patterson has confessed to breaking into the Closs home and killing the parents of the teen and keeping her in a remote cabin. "We were watching TV, playing board games, talking about stuff. We cooked a lot; everything was homemade."
