What & When:

A multi-generational drill team competition showcasing local and regional talent through dance, color guard, and percussion. Expect performances from teams traveling in from across the Midwest, with thousands of spectators and participants.

Mission:

MATD aims to support and develop disconnected youth, using the performing arts to build discipline, confidence, teamwork, and pride. These kids work all year to master routines and bring creative expression to life.

️ Excellence Expo:

Beyond the performances, MATD hosts an Excellence Expo, offering a free college & career fair, skills workshops, and arts sessions that empower and guide youth toward brighter futures, all part of the program’s multi-pronged support system.

 Location & Reach:
