A Cedar Rapids family has been playing well this week on a popular game show and according to the Cedar Rapids Gazette, will be hanging out with Steve Harvey for at least one more night when "Family Feud" airs Thursday night at 5:30 p.m. on Fox 28.

The family of Cedar Rapids city council member, Patrick Loeffler won $20,000 Tuesday night and then moved on to play and win Wednesday evening. That first night, a watch party was held at the Double Z Bar and Grill in Northwest Cedar Rapids, and another will be held there tonight, for family, friends, and onlookers to join the celebration.

Loeffler, who said it was "surreal" to participate in the game show, was joined by his family; wife Kymm, daughters Bri and Alyssa, and his son, Jordan. The Lofflers also own the local business, Corner Store Apothecary. He says he plans to share it with the kids and with charities in the community, being as they're in what they consider a good position in life.

As a hint to how much further they might go, Loffler couldn't reveal much other than to say "stay tuned". We certainly will!
