Def Leppard have revealed a countdown to Thursday (March 17) at diamondstarhalos.com, a new website launched by the English glam metal veterans that looks like an astrology reading site and includes audio messages from the band members.

Def Leppard's regular web domain currently forwards to the online teaser site that on Wednesday (March 16) featured spoken greetings from Leppard guitarist Phil Collen and bassist Rick Savage. Pictured is the promise of further messages from Leppard's remaining members, as UCR pointed out this week.

"Your read today is, the truth begins to shine," Collen says for the first day’s message in the countdown. Sav adds the following day, "Your read today is, there's no time to reason why."

Those could be lyrics from a new Def Leppard song. On Tuesday (March 15), Blabbermouth speculated that Def Leppard will announce a new album called Diamond Star Halos and premiere its first single on Thursday when the countdown ends.

Def Leppard this summer plan to mount their twice-postponed North American Stadium Tour with Motley Crue, Poison and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. See the dates below and get tickets here.

Ahead of the tour, Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott remarked, "We're beyond thrilled that the Stadium Tour is finally happening this summer. It's been a while coming and we can't wait to get back onstage again and we can't wait to see you in one of the many stadiums!"
