Dash Cam Shows Cash Van Driver Evading Armed Robbers While Van Is Shot Multiple Times

Dash camera footage released from South Africa shows the moment a cash deposit van came under attack by armed robbers.

The video shows the start of the attempted robbery, as the driver and passenger are riding along in the van when bullets start striking the side of the van. When they hit the bulletproof windows, the glass concaves.

"He's coming after us," he told his co-worker as the chase went on.

When the van seemingly gets trapped or stuck, he decides he's had enough and takes the rifle of the co-worker's hands and jumps out of the van, which is where the video ends.

You can hear his heavy breathing as they drive for their lives, but given the circumstances, this driver deserves a huge raise for his quick thinking and expert driving. Not only did everyone survive, but judging from the video, they were able to keep all of their money too.
