A little over a year ago, the country slammed the brakes to nearly a full stop because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Obviously, in a pandemic, there's one group of people who don't stop: healthcare workers.

If your remember, everyone was doing their part to thank healthcare workers, from feeding them, to getting them new shoes, to oil changes and minor car repairs, to even organizing drive-by parades and flyovers. They put their lives on the line for us, and we all thanked them in whatever ways we could.


The company is giving away 250,000 burritos. You'll have to go to their website at noon to get registered for yours.

In addition to the free food, Chipotle has a virtual wall on their website where fans will be able to thank healthcare workers. Those are all viewable on Chipotle's website.

One person's note on the wall summed it up pretty perfectly. "Thank you isn't enough. We owe you all so much for your brave perseverance and skill. With tremendous respect and appreciation."
