The Minnesota Golden Gophers will be in town this weekend to take on the Hawkeyes. Kick-off is set for 3:05 p.m., and you can catch all of the action on Fox 28.

As most of you know, Minnesota has won every game this season. Their 9-0 record is best in the West, and they've got a lot of talent that will be hard to beat.

So, can Iowa win this game? Of course they can. Looking at the numbers, Iowa has won the four straight against Minnesota and 14 of the last 18. The Hawks have claimed the Floyd of Rosedale trophy six times in seven years.

If you ask me, the most impressive stat for Iowa is that the Gophers haven't won at Kinnick Stadium since 1999. That's a LONG time ago!

This game sets up well for Iowa. It's not easy for road teams to win in Iowa City and I like the Hawks in this game. My final prediction: Iowa 24, Minnesota 12.

Let's hope I'm right, GO HAWKS!
