Area College Makes National Top 5 List for Job Placement

An area college is ranked in the top five in the nation when it comes to job placement.

Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa ranked fifth in the nation on a list of the top schools for job placement rates. According to a Zippia.com web site survey posted last week, Wartburg had a 95.995% placement rate.

The top five schools included:

1. Virginia Military Institute — Virginia
2. Saint John’s University — Minnesota
3. Assumption College — Massachusetts
4. Hastings College — Nebraska
5. Wartburg College — Iowa

The survey also stated that the Median Earnings After 10 Years for a wartburg graduate was $47,100, and it had an earnings average $36,600 of for Median Earnings After 6 Year.
