Annual ‘Stone-Throwing’ Festival in India [VIDEO]

A temple in India did their annual stone-pelting festival where two teams of men throw rocks at each other.  Some have shields, but most don't.

They do it to appease a goddess who wants them to "shed as much blood as possible" . . . and they accomplished it. Over 100 people were injured at this year's event.

Thousands of people show up every year to watch.
