42-Year-Old Man Won His Lawsuit Against His Parents for Throwing Out His Porno Collection

42-year-old guy from Michigan made headlines back in 2016 after calling the police on his parents for throwing away his massive porn collection.

David Werking had moved into his parent's house in 2016 after a divorce and brought all of his stuff home. The next summer he moved to Muncie, Indiana, and seriously expected his parents to mail 12 boxes of porn and adult toys.

Naturally, his parents threw out the collection instead. His dad, Paul, wrote him an email, saying "Frankly, David, I did you a big favor getting rid of all this stuff."

Now, David sued his parents, and the district court in Michigan just ruled in his favor. He has until February to determine how much to ask for in damages.

He estimated the collection was worth $25,000 but his lawyer is saying some of the items are "irreplaceable."

The parent's attorney is working diligently to determine the true value of the collection.
