Woman Arrested for Sitting in the Street, Intoxicated

A Northeast Iowa woman faces charges after authorities were called out on the report of someone sitting in the street.
Shortly after 8pm Sunday (Nov. 13) the Fayette County Sheriff received a report from the northeast side of Waucoma, that a woman was intoxicated and sitting in the road.

Investigating deputies found 20 year old Kyle Alissa Guess of Waucoma was intoxicated and causing a scene in the neighborhood.

Guess was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct, which are both Simple Misdemeanors. She was held until her initial court appearance.
