Weirdest Video EVER

So, some say that art is in the eye of the beholder.  These peeps truly have a weird eye.  I can't tell if this is interpretive dance, art or neither.  I'm shooting for neither. Enjoy the mess these people call art and we call "The Weirdest Video EVER"!
