Waterloo fighter’s UFC debut today

Today is the day that the dream comes true for MMA fighter Mike “Biggie” Rhodes. Rhodes (6-1) will be taking on George Sullivan (14-3-1) today during the “UFC on FOX 10″ event, live from Chicago’s United Center.

“Biggie” is a 24 year old graduate of Waterloo Columbus High School, and now fights out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Rhodes’ fight is the first televised preliminary fight, and will air on Fox Sports 1 at 4pm Central Time.

There are 6 preliminary fights on Fox Sports 1, followed by the main card which features 4 bouts which will air on the Fox Network at 7pm. Rhodes and his opponent both weighed in at an even 170lb for the fight.
