Waterloo Blackhawks set record

The Waterloo Blackhawks set a franchise record over the weekend with their 13th consecutive regular season victory.

The 6-2 victory over Fargo on Saturday night not only broke the franchise record which was set during the 2002 / 2003 season, it also propelled The Blackhawks into 1st place in the U.S.H.L. Western Conference.

During the 13-game winning streak, Waterloo has outscored their opponents 59-27. Their next two home games at Young Arena are this Friday (1/31) and Saturday (2/01) versus
Muskegon (18-17) and Sioux City (23-11) respectively.
