A recommendation of the community will be forwarded to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Aviation Analysis no later than Monday, November 20th, via the Office of Mayor Quentin Hart.

“With air service proposals received by both American Airlines and United Airlines, our goal is to receive and collect as much public comment as possible in order to provide a recommendation that will best serve the air service needs of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, and the Airport’s 14-County passenger catchment area not just in the Cedar Valley Region, but all of Northeast Iowa.” – Keith Kaspari, Airport Director at Waterloo Regional Airport

“The Waterloo Regional Airport provides that critical link for business travelers, and it is critical that Waterloo continues to stress the need to retain, improve and expand air service offerings for Cedar Valley area passengers.” – Steve Dust, Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Cedar Valley Alliance and Chamber

“Waterloo Regional Airport is the front door to not just the Waterloo-Cedar Falls communities, but also the front door to air travel for area passengers located throughout the Cedar Valley and all of Northeast Iowa. The ability to have a reliable air service partner is critical to moving Waterloo and other Cedar Valley communities and businesses forward.” – Quentin Hart, Mayor for the City of Waterloo
