Two people who were being sought for questioning in a Waterloo homicide case are now behind bars.

Jessica Ogden, 29, and Anthony Tronca, 43, are both in the Black Hawk County jail. Police were asking for the public's help in locating them in connection with the disappearance and apparent murder of Ronald Randall, 44, of Waterloo.

Waterloo police say, on Monday night (September 15, 2014), they received a tip through Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers that Ogden and Tronca were at 305 Baltimore Street. Believing that Tronca was armed and dangerous, a tactical team was used to search the Waterloo home.

According to police, Ogden was found inside the house. She was arrested on a warrant for unrelated charges, while Tronca remained at large.

Police say Tronca was arrested around 5:30 a.m. today, when he walked into the lobby of the Black Hawk County jail. Officers arrested him on a felony warrant for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine while in possession of a firearm.

Last week, Waterloo police searched Tronca's business -- AJT Auto Repair at 2014 Black Hawk Street -- in connection with Randall's disappearance. Police later found what they believe to be Randall's body in a wooded area south of Waterloo.

Investigators have not yet made a positive identification on the body.
