Something has to give Wednesday (July 22, 2015) night at Buena Vista Raceway. Two drivers tied for top spot in HDT points.

Defending champion Mike Van Genderen and Kyle Brown are tied atop point standings coming into the sixth Xtreme Motor Sports IMCA Modified Hawkeye Dirt Tour event of the season. One of the two will have sole possession of the lead when the race is final.

The July 22 feature pays $1,000 to win, a minimum of $150 to start and is a qualifier for the 2016 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot.

Pit gates at Alta open at 5 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 5:30 p.m. Racing follows 6:45 p.m. hot laps.

Grandstand admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and veterans with ID, and free for kids 12 and under. Pit passes are $25.

Completing the midweek card are IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks and Mach-1 Sport Compacts racing for all applicable points, and BVR bombers.
