Three northeast Iowa residents have been arrested in separate incidents that happened on consecutive nights last week in Fayette County.

In the latest incident, sheriff's officials responded to a disturbance in Hawkeye around 11:30 PM on Saturday (June 2, 2018). Responding deputies arrested Janice Jordan, 61, of Hawkeye, charging her with domestic abuse causing bodily injury. She was taken to the Fayette County jail to make an appearance before a judge.

Just before 7:30 PM on Friday, authorities were called to a disturbance at a residence in Clermont. Sheriff's officials said Kinte Smith, 37, of Postville, got into an argument with the resident. During the confrontation, Smith allegedly kicked in the front door of the home, and fled before deputies arrived. He was arrested a short time later, east of West Union; on a charge of fourth-degree degree criminal mischief.

And on Thursday, deputies were called to a disturbance at a residence in Westgate. After an investigation, they charged Amanda Bowser, 31, of Westgate, with disorderly conduct.
