Norwegian Public Television station NRK is famous for airing utterly boring programming, such as a 12-hour live log-burning show and a 5-hour knitting special. The programming, known as “Slow TV”, reportedly achieves decent ratings.

**What else is there to do in Norway?  Cross Country Ski?  I'd watch "Slow TV" too.
