Disney once produced an animated film called The Story of Menstruation.

The cartoon was a 1946 educational film completed by the animation giant for International Cellucotton Company. The movie provided information on female development from childhood to motherhood through the use of diagrams and Disney animation. It was apparently a very popular piece that was used in schools for several decades!
