With all the hype focused on Kentucky versus Connecticut game for the men's NCAA championship, you would think it was the game of the year. There is a basketball game going on this week that might be the game of the year but it's not going to be between two teams filled with guys.

The women's NCAA Basketball Championship game between Notre Dame and Connecticut for the first time puts two undefeated teams together for a national title game.  It marks the the first time in history for both men's and women's college basketball.

If Connecticut wins, UConn will be the first team to ever go 40-0 in a college basketball season.  If Notre Dame wins, the Fighting Irish will be 38-0 and have defeated arguably the best women's college basketball program in history.

While women never get enough respect in this sport, this will be one game you don't want to miss as we will be talking about it for years to come. You can history being made Tuesday, April 8 at 7:30 p,m. (CDT) on ESPN.
