Cedar Valley Could Be In For Strong Storms Today

The Cedar Valley could be in for some severe weather today (Wednesday, May 11, 2016).

According to the WeatherF1RST forecast from CBS 2 Meteorologist Justin Roberts, showers and thunderstorms will become more likely later this afternoon into the early evening hours. A few strong storms are possible, especially along and south of Interstate 80 between 3 and 7 PM.

Storms will clear off tonight making way for some sunshine on Thursday. Rain is back in the forecast for Friday.
