I don't know if you've noticed but this year has produced a lot of bugs. A wet spring with lots of sun after has sent the mosquitoes in a rage against the human population of the Cedar Valley.

Although we have a lot of mosquitoes that have been torturing us, it could be worse. The Subula Savanna Bridge area in Subula, IA got a bit more than a few bugs. The area was inundated with shadflies. Not just a good solid crop of them, but a nasty swarm that covered the bridge in inches of the flying bugs.

Don't believe me? This video will prove that it could be worse here in the Cedar Valley.
