A young Fayette man has been jailed for allegedly breaking into a local business.


Shortly after 10pm Monday (May 2), the Fayette County Sheriff's Office received a call from the alarm company for Gavin's IGA Grocery store in Fayette, that the intrusion alarm was activated.

Responding deputies found 18 year old Brandon Sudduth of Fayette, still inside the store.

He was arrested on charges of burglary 3rd degree, possession of burglary tools, criminal mischief 4th degree, and interference with official acts.

 

Sudduth was held in the Fayette County Jail in West Union until his initial court appearance.
