We're getting ready for Week 13 of the NFL Season. Week 12 of the NFL regular season is in the books, so now it’s time to recap how former Northern Iowa Panthers performed in last week’s games.

UNI currently has six former Panthers in the NFL, with the most recent signing of LJ Fort to the Pittsburgh Steelers’ 53-man roster. Below is a full rundown of UNI’s current players in the NFL and how they did in week 12.

DAVID JOHNSON (UNI - 2011-14)
Week 13 Schedule: Rams at Cardinals (Sunday, 3:25 p.m. CT)
The former Panther running back finished his first game of the season with 23 yards on 11 carries, before suffering an injury. Reports say David Johnson will be out at least three months after undergoing wrist surgery and will be placed on injured reserve.

DEIONDRE HALL (UNI - 2012-15)
Week 13 Schedule: 49ers at Bears (Sunday, 12:00 p.m. CT)
Deiondre Hall has spent the first half of his second season with the Bears on injured reserve, but returned to practice last week. Hall did not see action for the Bears against the Eagles.

AUSTIN HOWARD (UNI - 2006-09)
Week 13 Schedule: Lions at Ravens (Sunday, 12:00 p.m. CT)
Austin Howard earned his 11th-straight start for the Ravens at tackle as Baltimore beat Houston, 23-16 on Monday night.

XAVIER WILLIAMS (UNI - 2011-14)
Week 13 Schedule: Rams at Cardinals (Sunday, 3:25 p.m. CT)
Former Panther Xavier Williams followed up his best performance of the season with a two-tackle game against the Jaguars. Arizona won the game over Jacksonville, 27-24.

LJ FORT (UNI - 2008-11)
Week 13 Schedule: Steelers at Bengals (Monday, 7:30 p.m. CT)
LJ Fort recorded two tackles for the Steelers as Pittsburgh won its game over Green Bay, 31-28. The two-tackle game was a season-high for Fort.

TERRELL SINKFIELD (UNI - 2009-12)
Week 13 Schedule: Chiefs at Jets (Sunday, 12:00 p.m. CT)
Before the start of the 2017 regular season, former Panther Terrell Sinkfield was signed to the New York Jets practice squad as a cornerback. Sinkfield began his NFL career as an undrafted free agent with the Miami Dolphins in 2013. Since then, Sinkfield has spent time with the Green Bay Packers, Buffalo Bills, New York Giants, Minnesota Vikings and the CFL’s Toronto Argonauts, Hamilton Tiger-Cats and BC Lions.
