Oelwein Police Report Arrests Saturday and Monday

A Northeast Iowa man has been arrested after Oelwein Police pulled him over early this morning (Monday, Feb. 4)).

Shortly after 1am, officers stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of 1st Street SE in Oelwein. After an investigation, the driver, 32 year old Nicholas Olliney of Waucoma was arrested on charges of Driving While his License is Suspended, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

An Oelwein man was arrested early Saturday, following an incident in the 100 block of South Frederick Avenue. Just before 2:30am, 24 year old Jonathon Cummings was taken into custody on a charge of OWI-First Offense.
