Oh great, another round of crappy winter weather is about to hit us, this time in the form of freezing rain.

Call it sleet, icy drizzle or just plain snow with an attitude - it is likely going to make travel hazardous.

Rebecca Kopleman, meteorologist from CBS2/FOX 28 says a "mix and snow will be most likely near/and north of Highway 20 where accumulations up to an inch or more are possible. The greatest chance for freezing rain/sleet will be near and southeast of Highway 20, where there could be some icing."

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY is in effect Tuesday afternoon through early Wednesday for locations on a line from Cedar Rapids to Dubuque with an ICE STORM WARNING in effect for areas east of Cedar Rapids and Iowa City.

What started out as a mild start to the new year has turned into one long crappy stretch of bad weather, with mother nature dumping big loads of snow on Iowa followed by insanely cold temperatures last week.
