Name Released of NE Iowa Fatality

We now know the name of a Northeast Iowa woman, killed in a one-vehicle accident in Winneshiek County.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, 26 year old Alexandra Loden of Decorah, was driving northbound on Middle Calmar Road, when her car drifted across the center line, into the southbound lane, then entered a ditch and rolled.

Loden was ejected from the car; she was taken to the Decorah hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The accident happened at about 2:30am Sunday, between Calmar and Decorah.

The Iowa State Patrol was assisted by the Winneshiek County Sheriff, Calmar Fire and EMS, and Winneshiek First Responders.
