My Waterloo Days Announces
“Fun is in the Air” 2014 Festival
My Waterloo Days is excited to announce the 2014 festival, “Fun is in the Air”. The dates of the festival will be Thursday, June 12, to Sunday, June 15. Festival events will include the traditional People in the Park on Thursday and Friday, parade downtown Friday evening and Dragon Boats and Waterhawks show on Sunday. A new aspect of the festival will be moving Saturday’s festivities to Byrnes Park. The ‘Back at Byrnes’ activities will include children’s activities, food vendors, beer garden, entertainment, laser light show as well as a hot air balloon nightglow.
The festival also announced a partnership with the Cedar Trails Festival. The Cedar Valley Trails Festival will be the same weekend and have some events as part of My Waterloo Days.
