A missing Northeast Iowa teen has been found, thanks to information authorities received from the public.
16 year old Bryleigh Nicole Rose of Westgate had been reported missing since Sunday evening. The Fayette County Sheriff had been notified Tuesday (Jan. 17) that Rose could have been in the company of man, headed for Chicago.

However, because of an overwhelming response by the public, authorities received information that Rose may have been staying at a residence in Oelwein. The information was turned over to Oelwein Police, and she was located on Tuesday at a home in Oelwein.

Rose was then released to her parents.

Sheriff Marty Fisher would like to thank the public for their quick response and assistance with locating the teen.
