So here we are again. First it was my testicles. Now, it's my ass. Well, not just mine, but everyone's. I'm no health freak, but I do know that getting screened for dangerous diseases can save your life and the life of your loved ones.In fact, my Testicular Torsion blog was viewed by more people than any other blog or article on our website and I heard from many men that it made them check their "berries". One even said he went to the doctor after finding a lump. Everything checked out OK for him. I saved someone's NUTS!!!

So, it's March and March is Colorectal Cancer Month. Or more commonly known as "Colon Cancer". According to my family history, I have a better chance or getting this form of cancer than getting struck by a golf ball on a par 3 golf course. My grandma passed away at 48 years old from this form of cancer. By the way, Cancer Sucks and always will. 48 years old. I never got to meet her. Never had the chance to call her "grandma". Never had the opportunity to eat her cooking or snuggle up to her at bed time. GET CHECKED!

Colorectal Cancer is the 3rd leading cancer killer among men AND women in the U.S. This is not a "male-only" disease.

Sure, having a Dr. stick his finger up your "exit only" entrance is uncomfortable, and yes, also embarrassing. You know what though..early detection of this disease has a 90% survival rate. I'd rather be alive with a dude's finger up my ass than be dead. Just saying. I've had it done and it was less than comfortable. But it didn't hurt and I had to poop immediately following. I LOVE to poop. BENEFIT!

I'm going to schedule a screening IMMEDIATELY! You should too. I dare you. Then, I DARE you to share your experience with us below. Why not? What do you have to lose? I'm going to.
