Man’s Body Discovered In Hardin County Ditch

State and local officials are investigating the discovery of a body in Hardin County.

According to the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), a man's body was found in a ditch near U.S. Highway 65 just north of Iowa Falls around noon on Sunday (Sept. 13, 2015).

Authorities have not yet identified the victim.

The Iowa DCI, Hardin County sheriff’s officials, Iowa State Patrol, and Iowa Falls police are all involved in the investigation.
