Authorities are looking for a West Union man, accused of stealing two vehicles earlier this month.

According to the Fayette County Sheriff, they have completed an investigation, which has led to charges filed against 31 year old Mark MacInnis.

MacInnis allegedly stole a vehicle from Oelwein on November 8th, drove it to a rural Sumner residence, and stole another vehicle, which was recovered in West Union on November 10th.

When authorities tried to contact him, they discovered he was not living at the address he had listed in the state sex offender registry.

A warrant for MacInnis' arrest has been issued on charges of two counts of operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, driving while suspended, and second offense of failure to comply with the sex offender registry; his bond was set at $15,000.

Anyone with information on MacInnis' location is asked to contact the Fayette County Sheriff.
