Man Arrested for Luring NE Iowa Girls Online for Sex

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Cedar Rapids man, accused of having sexual relations with a 14 year old girl who he met online.
After a lengthy investigation, Fayette County authorities arrested and charged 25 year old Niall Lewis with Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree.

The sheriff determined that, over the summer, Lewis lured a 14 year old girl he met on the internet, to various locations where he performed a sex act on her.

Lewis had been using social media to find underage victims, to arrange meetings.

The case remains open, and as more victims come forward, more charges could be filed.

Lewis is being held in the Fayette County Jail on $15,000 cash bond.
