Oelwein Men Arrested On Separate Outstanding Warrants

Two Oelwein men have been arrested on separate, outstanding arrest warrants.

Just before 10 a.m. on Monday (Dec. 4, 2017), Oelwein police officers arrested David Heidt, 46, in the 1500 block of S. Frederick Ave. Heidt was wanted on three Black Hawk County warrants for probation violation.

And, Ethan Dowd, 27, turned himself in to Oelwein police on a Fayette County Warrant. The original charge was assault, a simple misdemeanor.
