Liquid Nitrogen and A Balloon

We're sure that you have wondered at some point in your life "What happens when you fill a 6 foot balloon with liquid nitrogen?" We haven't either, but when we saw this video, we were a bit ticked that we didn't think of this.  Where do you get liquid nitrogen anyway? Do you need a permit?
