I'm a whiskey and bourbon kind of dude. I don't drink it as much as I would like, due to my mouth being a bit loose after a few of the aforementioned beverages. I also think we are a sue happy society and will sue someone or something at a drop of a hat because we have a lot of REALLY BORED LAWYERS and WAY TOO MANY OF THEM.  Now Jim Beam gets into the mix by being sued for something that really doesn't matter.

Can something be handcrafted if it’s made in a large factory? That question is at the core of a $5 million lawsuit brought against bourbon giant Jim Beam by a Kentucky man. The suit alleges that the use of the word “handcrafted” on Jim Beam bottles is “immoral, unethical, oppressive, unscrupulous and/or substantially injurious to consumers“--because consumers might think the drink is of “superior workmanship.” Jim Beam’s parent company called the suit “frivolous.” Anheuser-Busch faced a similar lawsuit regarding its Kirin Ichiban beer, and a judge ruled that the company should offer a refund to anyone who thought the beer was imported from Japan.
