Proposed improvements to Iowa Highway 14 in Grundy and Marshall counties will be discussed at a public information meeting Monday night (July 17, 2017).

The Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT) is holding the forum to get feedback from citizens on the upcoming upgrades planned for Iowa 14 between Iowa Highway 175 in Grundy County and Marshall County Road E-18. During construction, through traffic would be detoured at times using Iowa Highway 96, Grundy/Marshall County Road T-29, and Iowa 175.

All interested persons are invited to attend the informational meeting anytime between 5 and 6:30 p.m. The forum will be held in the commons at BCLUW High School, 610 E. Center St., in Conrad.

The meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. IDOT staff will be present to informally discuss the proposed improvements. No formal presentation will be made.
