6th Annual Boys & Girls Clubs of the Cedar Valley “Harley Party” Official Rules:
Admission includes dinner, live entertainment and one free drink ticket that can be used for pop, beer or water.
The main prize will be a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. No substitution of prize is permitted. A drawing will occur on the night of the event (April 25th). The winning ticket holder does not have to be present to win. Only one name per ticket. A maximum of 1,200 tickets will be sold. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. The drawing will be “reverse” in nature, last out.
The Boys & Girls Club of the Cedar Valley is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, incomplete, mutilated, illegible, misdirected tickets or notices. The Boys & Girls Club of the Cedar Valley reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the raffle/drawing process and/or may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the raffle if the Boys & Girls Club determines that a person or event has corrupted of affected the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the event. Winner will consent to the Boys & Girls Club, use of their name, photograph and/or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without compensation.
Only persons age 18 or older may participate in the raffle. Winner will be responsible for all local, state and federal taxes.
The laws of the state of Iowa shall govern this event, pursuant to the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals. Void where prohibited by law.
All participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Boys & Girls Club of the Cedar Valley and their directors, officers and employees and all other associated with the development and execution of this event from any and all lawsuits, claims, demands, liabilities, losses and expenses, including court costs and attorney fees, with respect to, or in any way arising from this event and or acceptance of and/or use of any prize won.
