Fayette County Man Arrested For Child Sex Abuse

A West Union man has been arrested for the alleged sexual abuse of a child.

Walter Maclaren, 32, was taken into custody Sunday night (April 29, 2018). He's charged with second-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 years old.

The charge stems from an investigation into a 911 call that police received earlier Sunday evening, authorities said. During the investigation, Maclaren was arrested.

No other information was released. The investigation continues.
